Just give us a heads-up. Because we drive to you and hold your time slot, a no-notice cancellation costs us a wasted trip and a slot we could have given someone else. Let us know before we leave for your appointment and there's no charge, no penalty, no hassle.
No fees: we don't charge cancellation or reschedule fees. Life happens, plans change — we get it.
Just tell us early: the moment you know you need to cancel or move your appointment, send us a quick message. The earlier the better — it lets us fill the slot and get you rebooked faster.
How to reach us: text or call (760) 333-7716, email regenlights@gmail.com, or use your booking confirmation link.
Rescheduling: want a different day or time? Just ask and we'll find the next slot that works, subject to availability.
Give notice before we leave for you. Our biggest ask: don't let us drive out and arrive to a cancelled job. A message before we're on the road saves us both.
Be ready at your appointment. Have the vehicle accessible and be reachable around your arrival window so we can get in and out quickly.
If we're turned away on arrival: if we travel to you as scheduled and can't perform the service because no one gave notice, the vehicle isn't accessible, or we're turned away, we may decline to reschedule that customer for free service in the future. We won't chase you for a fee — we simply ask for the courtesy of notice.
If we ever need to cancel or move your appointment — for weather, illness, or vehicle trouble — you'll never be charged, and we'll prioritize getting you rebooked at the next good time. Restoration needs workable conditions, so we may reschedule for rain or unsafe weather; we'll always give you as much notice as we can.
Pay on completion, before we leave: payment of the agreed price ($150 for the standard service, or the amount confirmed at booking) is due in full as soon as the restoration is finished and you've reviewed the result.
Accepted methods: cash or the instant digital methods listed at booking (for example, [Zelle / Venmo / Cash App / tap-to-pay]).
“I'll pay later” isn't an option: unless we've agreed otherwise in writing before the appointment, payment is expected on the spot.
Accepting completed work and then refusing to pay is treated very differently from a cancellation, and we enforce it. By booking, you agree that if you fail to pay after we've performed the service:
It's a breach of contract and may also constitute theft of services under California law.
You owe the balance plus costs: the unpaid amount, interest at the maximum rate California law allows, and all reasonable costs we incur to collect — including court filing and service fees, and attorney's fees where a court allows them. These terms are set out in full in our Terms of Service.
We do pursue it: we keep a dated record of your booking, your agreement to these terms, and before/after photos of the completed work, and we use small claims court to collect. Hiding from or avoiding payment doesn't erase the debt — it only increases what you owe.
None of this is meant to be heavy-handed for honest customers — the opposite. Cancellations and reschedules are free and easy. The firm language above exists only for the rare person who takes the service and tries not to pay. Treat us fairly and you'll never see any of it.
By booking with RegenLight and accepting our Terms of Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Cancellation & Reschedule Policy, including your obligation to pay in full on completion and the consequences of non-payment.
